Product Terms & Conditions
1. Custom Orders
Every Jersey Chair is handcrafted and built to order.
Due to the custom nature of our products, variations in jersey placement, logos, patches, fight straps, stitching, and other design elements may occur. These variations are considered normal and contribute to the uniqueness of each chair.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of estimate and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quoted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs fees, or additional customization requests unless specifically noted.
Final pricing may be adjusted if:

Jersey sourcing requirements change

Additional customization is requested

Shipping requirements change

Special features are added
-
Project specifications are modified after quote approval
Any approved additions or modifications will be reflected on the final invoice.
3. Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total order value is required before production begins.
The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or shipment.
Jersey Chair accepts e-Transfer and major credit cards through Square, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Failure to provide final payment may result in delays to production, pickup, or delivery.
4. Customer-Supplied Jerseys
Customers who provide their own jerseys are responsible for ensuring the jersey is authentic, clean, and suitable for production.
Jersey Chair is not responsible for:

Existing damage, stains, fading, or wear

Manufacturing defects

Previous repairs or alterations
-
Loss of collectible value resulting from the customization process
Once a jersey has entered production, it cannot be returned in its original condition.
5. Jersey Sourcing
When Jersey Chair sources a jersey on behalf of a customer, availability and pricing cannot be guaranteed until the order is confirmed.
If a requested jersey becomes unavailable, alternative options will be discussed and approved before production continues.
6. Production Timelines
Estimated production timelines are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Production schedules may be affected by:

Shipping carrier delays

Weather conditions

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Jersey Chair shall not be liable for losses resulting from production or delivery delays.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon pickup or when the completed product is released to the shipping carrier.
Customers should inspect shipments upon arrival and report any shipping-related damage directly to the carrier.
8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Because every Jersey Chair is custom-built to order, all sales are final.
Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds, repairs, or replacements will only be considered in cases of verified workmanship defects.
9. Product Care & Use
Jersey Chairs are intended for normal residential and commercial use.
Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with their chair.
Improper use, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to excessive moisture may affect product performance and longevity.
10. Photography & Marketing
Jersey Chair reserves the right to photograph completed products and use those photographs for:

Social media

Marketing materials
-
Advertising
-
Promotional campaigns
Customers who prefer their chair not be featured must notify Jersey Chair in writing prior to production.
11. Intellectual Property
Jersey Chair is a patented and trademarked product.

All Jersey Chair trademarks, product designs, photographs, website content, and marketing materials remain the property of Jersey Chair and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jersey Chair’s liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada.
Trademark & Licensing Disclaimer
Jersey Chair is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any professional sports league, team, player association, athlete, or governing body unless expressly stated.
All team names, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Jerseys incorporated into Jersey Chair products are supplied by customers or sourced from third-party retailers and suppliers. Jersey Chair makes no representation regarding the authenticity, collectibility, future value, or licensing status of any jersey unless specifically agreed to in writing.
The use of a jersey within a Jersey Chair product constitutes a customization service and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with any league, team, player, or trademark owner.
